Zühlke Engineering seeks an experienced IT leader to guide the Enterprise Applications & Integration domain. You will shape strategy for Business Application Management and Platforms & Integration, aligning technology with business priorities while building a strong, autonomous leadership team across multiple domains.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and other Group IT areas, ensuring stable and compliant operations and driving modernization through

Qualificações

• Several years of leadership experience within Enterprise IT.
• Experience leading multiple teams or technology domains.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Management and lifecycle.
• Confident English communication in an international environment.
• Based in Portugal or Serbia (visa relocation not offered).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Applications & Integration area across Business Application Management and Platforms & Integration.
• Define and drive the overall strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications, integration, software engineering, DevOps, automation, AI, and platform capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic IT partner.
• Oversee governance, lifecycle management, and engineering standards across applications and platforms.
• Coach Domain Leads and develop leadership capability across the organization.
