Hexa People is seeking an IT risk and compliance professional to drive IT compliance, quality, and control standards across a multi-geography corporate framework.

You will assess IT risks, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, and lead remediation initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and audit teams to ensure adherence to international regulatory standards and evolving cybersecurity practices.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of IT audit, compliance, or internal control experience.
• Strong mastery of ITGC, automated controls, and security frameworks.
• CISA or CISM credentials are highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, analytical precision, high autonomy.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct IT internal control activities and testing across scoped systems and applications.
• Evaluate control gaps and perform deficiency impact analyses.
• Lead remediation planning and governance with process and application owners.
• Organize follow-up meetings and steering committees, tracking corrective actions.
• Foster knowledge sharing and training to strengthen a compliance culture across global tech units.
