Siemens Mobility Portugal seeks an IT Business Analyst to bridge Business, Product Owners, Development, Testing and Operations, refining requirements and coordinating implementation across partners and internal teams. This role emphasizes sustainable solution approaches, architectural alignment, and reliable production support in a hybrid work setting in Amadora.

You will contribute to complex enterprise platforms, ensure security and governance compliance, and enable continuous improvement

Qualificações

• Experience in solution delivery, application management, or software development projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.
• Understanding of software development technologies, integrations, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience collaborating with implementation partners and service providers.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and refine business requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Evaluate business and UX requirements from a technical perspective and assess feasibility, impact, and effort.
• Define solution requirements, acceptance criteria, and sustainable approaches.
• Coordinate implementation activities with partners and technical stakeholders.
• Define and document solution architecture concepts, interfaces, and technical specs.
• Define technical acceptance criteria and validate implemented solutions.
• Support testing activities and ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Support deployments, handovers, and production readiness activities.
• Operate, monitor, and continuously improve the solution lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with architectural, security, legal, and governance requirements.
