act digital is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Banking & Financial Services team in Lisbon, with a strong focus on Custody activities. You will analyze requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support the full project lifecycle in an international delivery environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial services, familiarity with NCS/BaNCS, JIRA, SQL as a plus, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in the financial industry, with custody focus.
• Previous IT Business Analyst experience.
• BaNCS and/or NCS experience.
• English – Advanced/Expert level mandatory.
• Waterfall methodology experience.
• Experience using JIRA and general IT knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and clarify business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Prepare and validate functional specifications
• Provide functional expertise throughout project and release lifecycles
• Support functional testing and UAT activities
• Manage change requests and system enhancements
• Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in market and transversal projects
• Follow project planning, workflows and deadlines
• Provide functional and technical support for complex requests when required
