BNP Paribas Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of detailed business requirements. You will translate high-level needs into functional specifications, manage the backlog with product owners, and lead testing activities across IST, UAT, and regression testing.

You will collaborate across business and IT teams in a hybrid work setting, ensuring delivery aligns with MVP goals and KPI tracking. Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or Business Management.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit detailed business requirements and translate into specifications.
• Analyze as-is processes and design to-be workflows to improve efficiency and automation.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog with Product Owners toward MVP delivery.
• Own requirements from inception through design and through project lifecycle.
• Act as liaison between business and tech teams, manage expectations and present updates.
• Lead end-to-end testing: define test strategies, IST scenarios, regression tests, defect lifecycle in ALM Octane.
• Lead UAT with test scenarios and guide users to adoption.
• Create reports/dashboards to track KPIs and measure success of solutions.
