Job summary

ManpowerGroup GBS Portugal is seeking a Global Intercompany Expert to drive adoption, governance, and execution of Intercompany and Recharge policies worldwide. You will collaborate with RTR teams, Global Process Owners, Controllers, Shared Services, and regional finance to ensure standardization and robust controls across regions.

You will translate policies into operational standards, support month- and quarter-end closes, manage Intercompany agreements, and lead continuous improvement

• Record-to-Report process understanding
• Financial close responsibilities
• Stakeholder management across multiple regions

Responsibilities

• Own the global adoption and interpretation of Intercompany policies across regions
• Act as primary point of contact for complex Intercompany matters
• Translate policies into operational standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Establish Intercompany governance with KPI monitoring and escalation pathways
• Monitor policy compliance, identify deviations and risks
• Coordinate corrective actions with regional teams on policy breaches
• Provide expertise on Intercompany agreements, invoicing, reconciliations, settlements, and dispute resolution
• Support month-end and quarter-end close with Intercompany accounting guidance
• Maintain oversight of Intercompany Agreements and Recharge Inventory records
• Prepare KPI reporting and compliance updates for leadership
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on standardization and automation
• Partner with Global Process Owners to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
• Support master data improvements affecting Intercompany execution across regions
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and communication plans for policy adoption
• Facilitate alignment sessions with regional stakeholders
• Build collaboration with Finance, Shared Services, and Regional Operations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
