Allianz Services seeks a qualified professional to coordinate Own Insurance Management activities across Global Insurance Management and Local Own Insurance Management teams. You will oversee annual policy renewals, data consolidation, and cross-entity collaboration to ensure comprehensive risk coverage.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, English proficiency, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with an interest in IT and GenAI considered valuable assets.

Qualificações

• 5+ years professional experience in risk management, insurance management or project management.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and international collaboration.
• Basic foundation of insurance management.
• Accuracy in deliverables, high level of self-organization and autonomous working.
• Taking ownership of role and activities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Interest in IT and Generative AI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities for Own Insurance Management between Global Insurance Management and Local Own Insurance Management in two major Allianz entities.
• Coordinate annual renewal of policies for the two entities in scope.
• Collect and consolidate information from LOIMs across entities and locations.
• Consolidate data input from LOIMs to ensure holistic risk coverage for assets.
• Act as central point of contact between LOIMs and GIM.
• Ensure data is entered correctly in the OIM platform (declarations of risks, notification of claims, changes of risk exposure).
• Prepare input and review annual GIM report for entities in scope.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the workflow and processes.
• Contribute to conceptual enhancements and coordinate projects between GIM and entities.
• Contribute to process development and quality assurance.
