Nordea Asset Management Portugal seeks a Human Resources internship in Lisbon to join NAM People Team. You will support HR deliveries across Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll Administration, Benefits, Health & Safety, Training and Culture.

The role is based in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte) with 12-month duration and 100% on-site work. Salary is 1,400 € gross per month plus a meal allowance.

About This Opportunity

We are now looking for a Human Resources internship to join our team in Lisbon and work with a wide range of tasks. The team you will join consists of several different nationalities and is located in Portugal, Luxembourg and the Nordics. During this program you will embark on a learning and growing journey in a dynamic and multicultural and international environment, where you will work closely with our team to support various aspects on the HR deliveries.

NAM People Team adds value by supporting business needs through a large range of HR Services (e.g.: Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll Administration, carry out and administration of Benefits, Health & Safety, Training, Culture, among others).

• The role is based in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte).
• It’s expected you to work 100% on-site.
• Internship duration: 12 months.
• Salary offer: 1.400 € gross/monthly + meal allowance.

Your background and skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources (preferable) or related filed such as Social Sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Portuguese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SharePoint, Teams.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and professional development.
