As an HR Implementation Consultant, you will lead data migrations, configure Deel HR tools, train customers, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing support. This role rewards initiative, collaboration, and global impact.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience.
• Proven ability to manage and ensure accuracy of large HR datasets.
• Fluent in English and French or Spanish.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and migration planning.
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Passion for empowering customers through training and support.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients migrating to Deel HR tools, ensuring a smooth rollout.
• Consult with client stakeholders to recommend best implementation practices.
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools and advise on features and integrations.
• Guide clients through onboarding journeys using project management methods.
• Perform data imports and migrations with meticulous validation and testing.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data during migration per regulations.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering to optimize onboarding.
