Miniclip is seeking a Head of Workplace Services & Real Estate to define and deliver its global workplace and real estate strategy. The role leads the multi-site portfolio, oversees office environments, and drives acquisition, fit-out, and transformation projects to high standards.

You will partner with People, Finance, Legal, IT, and senior leadership to align workplace strategy with business priorities and employee experience, while managing budgets and long-term portfolio planning.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the global Workplace Services and Real Estate strategy.
• Lead the global real estate portfolio including lease renewals, relocations, and long-term planning.
• Oversee all office locations and workplace services to ensure safe, compliant environments.
• Lead acquisition, fit-out, refurbishment, and transformation projects with on-time delivery.
• Provide input on location strategy, workforce planning, space utilisation, and future ways of working.
• Manage global budgets, operating costs, and capital expenditure.
