Crossjoin Solutions in Portugal is seeking a Facilities and Workplace Experience Leader to transform our operations across Almada, Aveiro, and international sites. You will drive global facilities strategy, oversee multi-site assets, and ensure safe, compliant, and engaging workplaces.

You will collaborate with Talent Management, Branding & Communication, and Compliance to align standards, lead cross-country teams, and deliver initiatives that enhance culture, experiences, and performance.

Qualificações

• Experience in facilities management, workplace experience, hospitality/events, corporate real estate, and exploitation of physical spaces.
• Proven multi-site or international operational leadership.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and results-driven with strong execution.

Responsabilidades

• Transform facilities operations into a strategic, scalable global function covering Almada, Aveiro, and international sites.
• Shape workplace experiences, events, and community initiatives that foster organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Manage and lead infrastructure projects including our auditorium, parking facilities, and the development of new initiatives, as well as driving the commercial exploitation of physical assets.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Management, Branding & Communication, and the Compliance Management Officer to ensure cohesive operational and cultural standards.
• Lead teams, contractor networks, and international service providers across multiple countries.
• Manage and take full responsibility for Workplace Health, Safety & Hygiene, ensuring full regulatory compliance, corporate risk management, and the implementation of best practices across all facilities and international offices.
