H.B. Fuller Portugal seeks a Global Strategic Marketing Manager for Engineering Adhesives to shape and execute the company’s global marketing strategy, driving organic growth and improved customer engagement.

You will lead initiatives across digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and product launch communications. The role requires strong business acumen, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling value propositions that support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a B2B manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or specialty materials environment.
Strong understanding of marcom disciplines.
Proficiency in managing corporate social media accounts, email marketing, influencer marketing or lead generation programs.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute global marketing strategies that support organic growth, innovation commercialization and Customer engagement.
Lead stewardship and governance of H.B. Fuller’s global brand portfolio.
Develop a world-class content marketing ecosystem that supports strategic growth markets.
Drive digital communications transformation and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
