Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably B2B manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or specialty materials.
• Strong understanding of marcom disciplines.
• Proficiency in corporate social media, email marketing, influencer marketing or lead generation to engage audiences.
• Track record of creating and executing growth marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills related to marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing strategies to support organic growth and customer engagement.
• Lead stewardship and governance of the global brand portfolio.
• Develop a world-class content marketing ecosystem for strategic growth markets.

• Oversee product launch communications and commercialization support to maximize market adoption.
