AMGEN Capability Center Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an Equipment Delivery Manager to lead equipment delivery workstreams across global capital projects, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, CQV, suppliers, and digital teams to ensure planning, governance, and execution from early planning through procurement, delivery, installation support, and project closeout.

The role emphasizes disciplined reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement of Amgen's equipment

Qualificações

Doctorate or higher preferred with experience in project controls, sourcing-to-pay, procurement, finance, or capital projects.
Master's degree with 5+ years in project controls, procurement, or related areas.
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in project controls, procurement, finance, engineering, or capital projects.
Associate's degree with 10+ years in project controls or related fields.
High school diploma with 12+ years in project controls, procurement, finance, or related areas.

Responsabilidades

Lead equipment delivery workstreams across global projects with governance and escalation.
Create and maintain master equipment registers and tracking tools.
Drive weekly delivery cadence, risk logs, and leadership reporting.
Coordinate procurement readiness, package strategy, and input packages.
Ensure documentation readiness for FAT, SAT, CQV, turnover, and asset readiness.
