AMGEN Capability Center Portugal seeks an Equipment Delivery Project Engineer to coordinate planning, tracking and reporting for capital project equipment packages across Amgen's global project portfolio. You will join the Project Controls function and work with Engineering, Procurement, CQV, suppliers and digital partners to ensure timely delivery and audit-ready records.

Strong attention to detail, excellent English, and proven ability to maintain trackers, risk registers and status reports

Qualificações

• Minimum requirements include advanced degree with relevant experience in project controls, procurement, or capital projects.
• Experience in capital equipment delivery, supplier management, and documentation readiness.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support equipment delivery planning and reporting for assigned capital project equipment packages.
• Maintain equipment registers, trackers, and related project records.
• Prepare status updates, risk summaries, and reporting materials for reviews.
• Track procurement readiness, supplier progress, and input package readiness.
• Maintain documentation readiness and audit-ready project records.
