Forvia Interiors is seeking a Global Enterprise Architecture Manager to define and govern the target IT architecture at a global level, ensuring alignment with business strategy across applications, data, integration, cloud and infrastructure.

You will lead the EA team, chair governance reviews, and guide regional teams in designing scalable, secure and cost-effective solutions while promoting global standards.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of enterprise, governance or cross-domain architecture experience in a global organization.
• Experience defining target and reference architectures and leading architecture reviews.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Previous people-leadership or transversal team-leadership experience is valued.
• Master’s degree in CS/IS/SE; EA/cloud/security certifications are assets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the global target enterprise architecture and its evolution roadmap.
• Govern principles, standards, patterns and reference architectures across apps, data, integration, cloud and infrastructure.
• Maintain a transparent view of the current and target IT landscape, including major applications and interfaces.
• Chair architecture governance and design reviews for major IT initiatives; document decisions and ensure governance.
• Guarantee alignment of projects with the approved target and reference architectures.
• Lead and develop the Enterprise Architecture team and promote global standards.
