Careerwise is seeking a SAP Enterprise Systems Director to lead the strategic management and delivery of enterprise applications for a global manufacturing group. You will define the global SAP roadmap, oversee SAP lifecycle, and drive analytics and AI initiatives.

The role requires strong IT leadership, stakeholder management, and experience with SAP, Microsoft technologies, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.

Qualificações

• Extensive IT leadership experience, including global enterprise systems management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate business processes across enterprise functions.
• Experience with BI, AI/ML platforms, and modern data architectures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and outsourced providers.
• Technical expertise in SAP, Microsoft technologies and cloud-based enterprise solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the global SAP roadmap and data analytics capabilities.
• Oversee lifecycle of SAP enterprise applications and corporate platforms.
• Drive analytics and AI adoption to optimize processes and decisions across the organisation.
• Establish governance frameworks for application lifecycle and data management.
• Lead large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets for corporate systems and data initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using SAP, AI, and analytics.
• Lead and develop a global team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering professional growth.
