Forvia is seeking a Global Commodity Manager – Energy to define and deploy the global sourcing strategy for electricity, gas, utilities and energy services. The role centers on cost optimization, supply continuity and decarbonization while coordinating suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Based in Portugal, Santa Maria da Feira. You will lead multi-country RFQ processes, negotiate long-term energy agreements, and build a robust supplier panel with performance tracking.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in procurement, commodity management, or energy purchasing.
• Experience with electricity, gas, renewable energy or multi-country tenders is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy global Energy commodity strategy, sourcing roadmap and policies.
• Consolidate global and regional demand, align with budgets and priorities.
• Lead RFQ and tender processes from market consultation to award and implementation.
• Negotiate and manage energy supply agreements with Legal and Finance support.
• Design and manage the global supplier panel with performance scorecards.
• Ensure supplier performance in cost, service, reliability and quality.
• Develop energy-market intelligence and translate insights into decisions.
• Build cost models and conduct TCO & scenario analysis.
• Drive cost optimization and risk awareness across the energy portfolio.
