Zühlke Group is seeking an experienced IT Endpoint Engineer to strengthen our Digital Workplace team. You will manage and evolve our global endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, hands-on with modern endpoint technologies to ensure securely configured devices and reliable readiness for colleagues across an international organization.

Qualificações

• Several years of hands-on experience in endpoint engineering and managing enterprise client environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Windows and macOS endpoint management, with Linux, iOS and Android a plus.
• Experience with modern endpoint and device management platforms; Omnissa Workspace ONE highly valued.
• Automation of endpoint management activities using APIs, scripting, and modern automation capabilities.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and at least one shell (Bash/Zsh).
• Understanding of the Microsoft workplace ecosystem and how endpoint management integrates with identity, security, applications, and Microsoft 365 services.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain modern endpoint management solutions and standards for secure, reliable client services.
• Drive automation and standardisation across endpoint management to reduce manual effort.
• Manage lifecycle of Windows, macOS and Linux clients and support iOS/Android devices.
• Package, automate, and distribute applications; contribute to software deployment improvements.
• Maintain the Horizon-based virtual desktop environment and desktop images.
• Provide advanced 2nd/3rd level support for complex endpoint issues and root-cause analysis.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and share knowledge across the team.
