ZF Group in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an E-Commerce Product Experience Specialist to join the Global Digital Shelf & Digital Commerce Demand Generation team. You will manage cross-functional projects across Category Management, PIM/DAM, IT, Purchasing, Marketing and E-Commerce to drive sales and optimize online presence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, E-Commerce, Marketing or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with tangible results in automotive supplier or consultancy.
• Experience with Digital Shelf solutions, PIM and DAM systems.
• Knowledge of automotive E-Commerce and aftermarket products.
• Content creation, optimization, SEO and graphic design for automotive E-Commerce channels.
• Strong time management to support multiple projects under high time pressure.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cross-functional projects with multiple departments to support Digital Shelf initiatives.
• Monitor marketplace requirements (Amazon, eBay) to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Create and source channel-specific content and product information to drive traffic and conversions.
• Ensure continuous publication of E-Commerce content across required channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies and IT to monitor and improve Digital Shelf performance; analyze user behavior and implement improvements.
• Report KPIs for Digital Shelf excellence and sell-out performance in monthly strategy reviews.
