Philip Morris International invites you to join PMI Tech Hub as Director End User Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and evolution of workplace technologies across PMI. You'll guide a global team delivering modern, secure, user-centric digital workplace solutions.

You will define strategic roadmaps for Modern Endpoint and Modern Workplace, partner with stakeholders, and balance security, innovation, and efficiency while managing budgets and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in workplace technologies, endpoint engineering, infrastructure engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years leading global engineering and architecture teams within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in architecture design, systems integration, security architecture, technology strategy, and roadmap development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale workplace and endpoint technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, risk management, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Modern Endpoint and Modern Workplace platforms.
• Lead and develop global teams of solution architects and engineers responsible for endpoint, workplace, collaboration, and employee experience technologies.
• Establish engineering standards, architecture principles, technology patterns, and governance processes.
• Oversee key workplace platforms, including endpoint management, Microsoft 365, workplace technologies, endpoint security, automation, and employee experience solutions.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand future workplace requirements and influence strategic decisions.
• Manage technology investments, vendor relationships, budgets, risk, compliance, and architecture governance while driving automation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
