Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Director End User Engineering to define and lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of workplace technologies globally. You will guide a worldwide team delivering secure, user-centric digital workplace solutions, aligning with PMI’s strategy and enterprise architecture standards.

You will balance innovation with security, cost, and governance while driving improvements across endpoint management, collaboration tools, and employee experience

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in workplace technologies, endpoint engineering, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
• At least 5 years leading global engineering and architecture teams in complex environments.
• Strong design and integration expertise across architecture, security, and strategy.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale workplace and endpoint transformations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Modern Endpoint and Workplace platforms.
• Lead and develop global teams of solution architects and engineers.
• Establish engineering standards, architecture principles, and governance processes.
• Oversee endpoints, Microsoft 365, security, automation, and employee experience solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to align requirements with PMI strategy and priorities.
• Manage investments, budgets, risk, and compliance while driving automation and simplification.
