Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in workplace technologies or related fields.
• 5+ years leading global engineering/architecture teams.
• Strong architecture design, systems integration, security architecture.
• Proven track record in large-scale workplace transformations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to balance innovation with security and cost.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Modern Endpoint and Modern Workplace platforms.
• Lead global teams of solution architects and engineers.
• Establish engineering standards, architecture principles, and governance.
• Oversee endpoint management, Microsoft 365, security, and automation platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate future workplace requirements.
• Manage investments, budgets, risks, and governance while driving simplification.
