Job summary

Decskill in Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Control Officer to oversee and advance our cybersecurity program across multiple regions. You will validate controls, coordinate governance, and ensure alignment with group requirements while working with stakeholders across IT, risk, and compliance.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, reporting, and the ability to translate complex technical topics into executive summaries.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of the CIB Cyber Strategy across EMEA, AMER, APAC, and CIB-dependent Group entities.
Monitor project delivery, milestones, risks, dependencies, and elevate issues when required.
Produce and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk analyses, and decision rationale.
Prepare governance committee materials and action tracking.
Act as the primary contact for assigned projects, coordinating with Project Managers and stakeholders.
Define, monitor, and improve operational KPIs and success indicators.
Standardize reporting processes across projects and regions.
Identify automation opportunities across program activities, including evidence collection, campaign tracking, committee reporting, meeting minutes, and status consolidation.
Reduce manual effort through templates and automated workflows.
Leverage AI/LLM use cases to modernize the Cyber Program.
