IQVIA in Portugal seeks an experienced Senior Credit Controller/Account Handler fluent in English and German to ensure timely collection of debts and manage key accounts across EMEA.

You will handle high-volume collections, coordinate responses with multiple departments, and report cash projections to drive the Order-to-Cash process while meeting KPIs.

Experience with SAP and Salesforce is required; the role involves negotiation, risk escalation, and partnering with Account Managers.

Qualificações

• Degree level education required.
• 7+ years of senior credit & collection experience.
• Fluent in English and German; strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
• Able to manage a ledger of 1500+ invoices and meet KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• High-volume global debt collection for key & major accounts in pharma.
• Coordinate prompt resolution of customer queries across departments.
• Maintain SAP Collection Interface with notes and statuses.
• Escalate late payments to Credit Manager and Global Risk as needed.
• Prepare cash projection reports and support EMEA management.
