Genpact Portugal is seeking a Senior Insurance Credit Controller to manage client and broker accounts, oversee cash collections, and ensure accurate data processing. The role emphasizes precision in aging analyses, timely reconciliations, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a finance-related degree, at least one year in credit control, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook.

Qualificações

Graduate or possess a professional qualification in a finance-related discipline.
Minimum one year of experience in credit control.
Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail under pressure.
Patient and respectful in client interactions while maintaining professionalism in debt recovery.

Responsabilidades

Enter data accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality checks on cash receipts.
Handle premium collections, check deposits, direct debits, commission payments, discounts, and overpayments.
Reconcile client and broker account differences, disburse cash, recover overdue debts, and manage brokers and partners based on contract nature.
Deliver exceptional service standards and KPIs.
Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve queries within deadlines.
Distribute monthly statements of overdue accounts to clients and resolve questions promptly.
