ManpowerGroup GBS Portugal in Porto seeks an experienced Credit & Collections Manager to lead end-to-end Credit Management and Collections for multiple European markets within the staffing and workforce solutions sector.

You will report to the OTC Director, shape regional strategy, drive transformation of processes and controls, and build a high-performing team delivering cash collections and working capital improvements.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Credit Management, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or OTC in a high-volume, multi-country environment.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Accounts Receivable and Credit Management modules; Oracle preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead European Collections Transformation within the GBS Hub in Porto.
• Drive end-to-end Collections performance and cash flow excellence across multiple markets.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Billing, Customer Service, Credit, Legal, and Operations to improve payment behavior.
• Deliver operational excellence: establish best-in-class processes, controls, and standards across markets.
• Recruit, coach, and develop Credit & Collections professionals; foster growth and accountability.
• Set objectives, provide feedback, and empower teams to achieve ambitious goals.
