Job summary

Quadrante is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join its international team in Portugal. You will support day-to-day legal needs across the Group, including corporate governance and commercial contracts, with a focus on data protection.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years post-qualification experience, admission to the Portuguese Bar, and fluency in Portuguese and English. This role offers growth within a collaborative, globally oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active registration with the Portuguese Bar Association.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Relevant experience in law firm or legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and contract law.
• Proficient drafting and negotiation in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the Group’s companies and manage day-to-day legal needs.
• Support corporate transactions, incorporations and restructurings.
• Draft and review minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, agreements and NDAs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and corporate obligations; governance support.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial/service agreements and data protection clauses.
• Advise on GDPR data protection, privacy policies and notices.
• Handle data subject requests and data breach responses as required.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting the Group.
