Job summary

IQVIA Inc in Lisbon seeks a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead multi-country clinical studies, direct the core project team and ensure on-time delivery to contract, SOPs and quality standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
7+ years clinical research experience including 4+ years project management experience.
Knowledge of clinical trials conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead bid defense preparations and presentations with Business Development.
Develop integrated study management plans with core project team.
Oversee strategic planning and execution of studies per contract, SOPs and quality standards.
Set objectives for core project team and monitor performance.
Identify and manage risks, issues and change control; drive continuous improvement.
