Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Global Compliance team. The role focuses on managing the Global Risk & Compliance (R&C) Node Network and coordinating senior stakeholder engagement across regions and practices.

You will drive day-to-day network management, oversee forums and training, and translate global priorities into actionable programs while maintaining governance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day management and evolution of the Global R&C MDP Network across regions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global forums, leadership meetings, and training sessions.
• Develop and deliver communications and materials to support engagement.
• Coordinate rollout of global Risk & Compliance priorities and embed actions.
• Monitor engagement, track actions and outcomes, and surface insights for accountability.
