CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in Portugal seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead global clinical trials from start-up through analysis. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure ICH/GCP compliance, and manage timelines and budgets while liaising with clients and CTI leadership.

The role requires a strong background in clinical research, excellent English communication, and proven leadership to drive project success in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in allied health fields (nursing, pharmacy or health science) or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of clinical research or related project management experience.
• Fluent in English with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, evaluate and lead full execution of assigned clinical trials with global scope.
• Provide oversight and leadership to teams to meet timelines and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GCP, and regulatory guidelines across projects.
• Manage multiple trials from start-up through analysis, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee budgets, scope changes, and project profitability with Directors.
• Coordinate clinical trial activities, vendor oversight, and site management as needed.
• Prepare trial plans, timelines, and deliverables; present to clients and CTI leadership.
