Hiire, a global financial technology firm with a Lisbon office, seeks a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to design, analyze, and execute C&B programs across Europe and the US. You will leverage strong Excel skills and partner with Finance to manage budgets, benchmarking, and governance.

The role focuses on analytics, policy documentation, and advisory support for HRBPs and leadership in a fast-growing global environment.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in compensation management.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of US and Europe compensation principles.
• Willingness to operate across Europe and US markets.

Responsabilidades

• Design, review, and administer compensation and benefit programs.
• Conduct Cost per Head analytics and budget projections.
• Lead annual compensation reviews including budgeting and pay structure updates.
• Partner with Finance on accruals, forecasting, and reporting of compensation spend.
• Perform market benchmarking and internal equity analysis.
• Build advanced Excel models for planning and reporting.
• Provide dashboards on salary costs, headcount, and benefits usage.
• Ensure governance and compliance with local regulations.
• Document policies and support audits related to payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and leadership on compensation decisions.
• Advise managers on C&B frameworks and education.
