JoomPro is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead a data-driven growth engine across Brazil and other international markets. You will build and own the marketing strategy, oversee the full funnel, and drive decisions with marketing analytics while collaborating with product, analytics, and sales teams.

This hands-on leader will optimize paid acquisition, CRM, partnerships and AI-first marketing, managing a small team and aligning with regional priorities. Fluency in English is preferred.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in B2B marketplaces, B2B SaaS, B2B services or technology with SMB focus.
• Strong hands-on expertise in paid channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with CRM, retention, partnerships or referral programs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the marketing strategy for Brazil and other international markets.
