JoomPro, the cross-border B2B marketplace, seeks a Marketing Data Analyst to turn data into insights that optimize marketing investments and channel performance. Build dashboards, forecast ROI, and support data-driven decisions across global markets.

You will contribute to experiments, analytics tooling, and budget planning within a growing analytics team, with relocation support for Lisbon and hybrid work options.

Qualificações

• Experience in data analysis and marketing analytics.
• Knowledge of marketing KPIs and attribution models.
• Strong statistics and ability to apply it to marketing problems.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Data analysis with Python.
• Clear English communication (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing and new advertising channels.
• Set up and improve monitoring of statistical anomalies in metrics.
• Improve long-term payback prediction models.
• Generate hypotheses to improve acquisition/product feeds/ad creatives/channel split/targets.
• Conduct data studies to uncover insights.
• Write ETL pipelines (data marts, alerts, and predictions).
• Ask "why" and "what problem are we solving"
