Syffer is a global consulting firm focused on talent, tech and innovation. A Product Manager/Operations will help define the team’s strategy and roadmap, aligning with customers and cross-functional areas.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI and metrics experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, structured in approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, results-oriented.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and business performance analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support the definition of the team's strategy and roadmap, assessing impacts on customers and cross-functional areas.
• Define, monitor, and analyze business KPIs for SME products, including installed base, churn, usage, and consumption metrics.
• Support the development and analysis of product performance dashboards to provide actionable insights for Product Managers.
• Contribute to budgets (revenues and costs) and monitor the business area’s P&L, identifying actions to hit targets.
• Ensure execution and monitoring of customer communication plans for the products managed by the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational alignment across product initiatives.

What You\'ll do:

• Support the definition of the team\'s strategy and roadmap, assessing impacts on customers and cross-functional areas;

What You Are:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role;
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in defining, monitoring, and interpreting business KPIs and performance metrics;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with a structured approach to work;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams;
• Adaptable and resilient, capable of managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and business performance analysis to support decision-making.
