WW Talents is assisting a client in Lisbon to hire a Customer Service Representative who speaks German and English and will deliver high-quality support to customers on site.

You will manage inquiries across multiple channels, maintain accuracy and timeliness, and thrive in a fast-paced service environment with rotating shifts.

The role is based in Lisbon with relocation support and accommodation provided, and a gross monthly salary of €1,100 (paid over 14 months) plus an attendance bonus.
