The role combines hybrid work (2 days in the office per week) with global collaboration across Brands and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German with C1/C2 English; Portuguese a plus.
• Proven experience leading teams, including remote environments.
• Experience in aBPO, consumer engagement, or customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily workloads and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with guidelines for Social Media lines.
• Coach and train team, aligned with Operational Master Plan (OMP).
• Plan, monitor, and review employee performance and contributions.
• Monitor performance and quality across lines, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Complete onboarding processes and document for each market.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review KPI results and drive action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and transition activities.
