Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Previous experience in banking or financial fraud detection is preferred.
• On-site work in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious accounts, ensuring compliance with European banking regulations.
• Collaborate with international banking departments to freeze or secure accounts compromised by unauthorized access.
• Document investigative findings with precision for legal and internal audit purposes.
• Provide expert support to customers regarding account security and fraud prevention protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest financial security trends to proactively prevent emerging fraud threats.
