On behalf of our client—a leading European customer experience and business process outsourcing partner, we are actively seeking a motivated German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international project supporting a well‑known global brand in the Sports & Leisure E-Commerce sector.

• Location: Porto, Portugal (Central office near Metro Trindade – On-site / Hybrid model)
• Employment Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week, rotational shifts)
• Compensation: €950 – €1,400 / month (base salary + performance & attendance bonuses)
• Languages Required: Fluent German (C1/C2) + working proficiency in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital back‑office channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
• Address feedback, claims, and objections constructively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Navigate multiple CRM platforms and internal IT tools efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, solution‑oriented attitude that reflects the vibrant spirit of the sports and outdoor brand.

What We Are Looking For:

• Native or near‑native German skills (C1/C2 level is mandatory).
• Good communicative level of English for internal team communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; empathetic and customer‑centric mindset.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or e‑commerce is an advantage (open to entry‑level profiles with the right attitude).
• Valid work authorization for Portugal (EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency/work permit).
• No relocation, the candidate must live around Porto.
