WW Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist German-speaking customers across markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality service.

This role requires fluency in German and C1 English, readiness for a 24/7 rotating schedule, and the ability to learn large amounts of information. Relocation support and a welcome bonus accompany the package.

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written communication in German
• C1 level of English

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week
• Night shift: 22:00–07:00

The night shift team is relatively small, so night shifts may only be required occasionally during the month. However, candidates must be comfortable working within a 24/7 rotational schedule.

Salary & Benefits

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Relocation support for eligible candidates

Relocation Support

• Shared accommodation for up to 12 months
• Accommodation details will be discussed during the interview process
• No flight ticket included
