WW Talents, based in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across markets. The role is onsite with 24/7 rotational shifts, requiring German fluency and English at C1 level.

Compensation includes a base of €1,100 gross per month paid in 14 salaries, a daily food allowance, and a €1,500 welcome bonus paid in installments in the first year. Accommodation support is offered, no flight tickets provided.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role
