Foundever in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish Customer Advisor to join our multicultural team. You will handle first contact resolutions and assist customers by phone and written communication, building lasting relationships while meeting quality and productivity targets.

This role offers relocation support, private healthcare after six months, training, and growth opportunities within a supportive work culture. Fluent Spanish (C2) and English (C1) are required.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient Spanish (C2)
• Advanced English (C1) both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving abilities
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon

Responsabilidades

• Provide first contact resolutions to customer queries
• Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication
• Build meaningful relationships, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly manner
• Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
