The lemon Consulting is seeking a German-speaking content moderator for on-site work in Lisbon. You will review AI-generated dubbed videos, enforce platform policies, and ensure accurate moderation decisions within internal guidelines.

Join a 24/7 rotational shift schedule with weekends and public holidays. You will evaluate content quality, maintain high accuracy, and document moderation decisions while receiving health insurance and a daily meal allowance as benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate flagged content and make moderation decisions based on internal procedures.
• Assess translation quality, cultural appropriateness, and regional compliance.
• Identify content with misinformation or policy violations.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams.
• Document moderation decisions in internal systems.
• Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets with high volumes.
• Stay updated with policy changes and process updates.
• Handle sensitive content professionally and confidentially.

Working Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday-Sunday, 2 rotational days off)

1100 EUR per month (x14 salaries)

Complexity bonus of €100

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
• Evaluate flagged content and make accurate moderation decisions based on internal procedures and policy guidelines
• Assess translation quality, cultural appropriateness and regional compliance of AI-generated content
• Identify content containing misinformation, hate speech, harassment or other policy violations
• Escalate complex, sensitive or high-risk cases to the appropriate internal teams
• Accurately document moderation decisions using internal systems and tools
• Meet quality, accuracy and productivity targets while reviewing high volumes of content
• Stay up to date with policy changes, moderation guidelines and process updates
• Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism and confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent German, written and spoken (C2)
• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of the local market, language and cultural nuances
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online content ecosystems
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content
• Sound judgement, integrity and ability to apply moderation policies consistently
• Customer-focused mindset while maintaining objectivity during content review
• Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
