Dragon Rooster is seeking a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist fluent in German to manage and optimize paid campaigns across major platforms. The role requires strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, KPI knowledge, and the ability to work in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment.

The candidate will plan, execute, and analyze campaigns, generate dashboards, and collaborate with creatives to achieve ROI targets. English proficiency is a plus and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate).
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote team.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to drive conversions and reduce CPA.
• Create performance reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets, with advanced functions.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align ads with performance goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management for optimal ROI.
