Foundever in Lisbon is seeking a German Customer Advisor to join a global team. You will provide first contact resolutions and support customers through written and phone communication while building relationships and ensuring high service quality.

Eligible candidates are native or fluent in German (C2) and highly proficient in English (C1). On-site work in Lisbon with relocation support and a comprehensive training program awaits the right applicant.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of German (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills with phone and written communication.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (On site).
