Capgemini Engineering is seeking an AI-focused developer to design and implement Generative AI-based search experiences for top customers. You will work across cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure, delivering end-to-end AI products and services.

The role requires 3+ years in AI development, strong Python skills, and experience with cloud AI services such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Azure AI. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential for collaboration in a diverse team.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Proficient in Python programming with a solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) or on-premises AI deployment, including components like storage, compute engines, and AI services.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI models and tools, such as text generation APIs, chatbots, and enterprise search solutions.
• Familiarity with vector data stores, custom embeddings, and deriving insights from embeddings.
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and analytics tools, such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop interactive search experiences powered by Generative AI for leading customers.
• Implement and optimize Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms or on-premises infrastructure in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop, version, and execute Python code to build and refine AI models; deploy and manage models across environments.
