Capgemini Engineering is seeking an AI developer to design and build interactive search experiences powered by Generative AI. You will implement and optimize AI solutions on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) or on-prem, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create AI-driven products.

You will develop, version, and run Python code to build and refine AI models, deploying them across diverse environments with a focus on scalability and robustness. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in AI development with Generative AI focus.
• Proficient in Python with AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI on cloud or on-prem, incl. storage and compute.
• Hands-on with Gen AI models (text gen, chatbots, enterprise search).
• Familiar with vector stores and embeddings fundamentals.
• Understanding of data warehousing tools (BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Your Role

• Design and develop interactive search experiences powered by Generative AI for leading customers in different industries.
• Implement and optimize Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) or on-premises infrastructure, depending on project needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver AI-driven products and services.
• Develop, version, and execute Python code to build and refine AI models. Deploy and manage AI models in various environments, ensuring robust performance and scalability.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Generative AI.
• Proficient in Python programming with a solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) or on-premises AI deployment, including components like storage, compute engines, and AI services such as Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure AI.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI models and tools, such as text generation APIs, chatbots, and enterprise search solutions.
• Familiarity with vector data stores, custom embeddings, and deriving insights from embeddings (a plus).
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and analytics tools, such as BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
