GRiT invites an innovative AI Engineer to shape end-to-end AI solutions, turning PoCs into production features. You will design, deploy, and scale ML and Generative AI systems, building autonomous agents that interact with external tools.

You will work in a highly flexible model, collaborating across product and engineering teams to deliver tangible business value with strong autonomy and critical thinking.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in Machine Learning, incl. taking models from development to production (MLOps & Deployment).
• Deep expertise in Generative AI ecosystems, incl. commercial and open-source LLMs.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Ability to design and orchestrate intelligent AI Agents that interact with APIs/Databases using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Advanced prompt engineering and Agile/SCRUM proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from PoC to production features.
• Design, deploy and scale ML/Generative AI systems and autonomous AI agents.
• Turn PoCs into scalable, production-ready features touching core products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate AI capabilities into business value.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives with strong autonomy and critical thinking.
