Job summary

GRiT Solutions seeks a seasoned AI/GenAI specialist to design and implement agent platforms and AI agents across the software development lifecycle.

You will work with LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel, integrate LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI and Claude, and connect tools via Git/Jira/Confluence with basic Docker and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI and GenAI solutions.
• Definition and implementation of agent platforms and frameworks across the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and practical prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
• LLM API usage including Azure OpenAI and Claude.
• Agent integration with external tools and APIs (Git, Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with RAG concepts (chunking, embeddings, semantic search).
• Basic Docker knowledge and CI/CD practices.

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI and GenAI solutions
• Definition and implementation of agent platforms and frameworks, with an initial focus on supporting the software development lifecycle
• Hands-on background building AI agents, including prompt engineering techniques
• Practical knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel
• LLM API usage, including Azure OpenAI and Anthropic Claude, or equivalents
• Agent integration with external tools and APIs through tool use and function calling, covering Git, Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with RAG concepts, including chunking, embeddings and semantic search
• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD practices, with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Builder mindset, strong problem-solving and clear written communication

Would Be Great If You Have

• Python development, minimum 2 years, following software engineering best practices
• Hands-on use of Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search or Azure Functions
• Advanced prompt engineering, including chain-of-thought, ReAct and few-shot techniques
• Exposure to LLM evaluation tooling, golden datasets and automated regression testing
• Knowledge of vector databases such as pgvector, Chroma or Pinecone, or of Knowledge Graphs
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol
• TypeScript or JavaScript for SDLC contexts focused on frontend
