Siemens Mobility seeks a data scientist specialized in Generative AI to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions across industrial domains. You will work on LLM-based systems, data preprocessing, model evaluation, and collaborative development with product managers and engineers.

You will contribute to ethical AI practices, stay ahead of AI research, and help scale intelligent systems across Siemens’ global platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Advanced Python programming skills for automation and tool development.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps solutions (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD).
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM usage best practices.
• Strong data engineering and streaming tools knowledge.
• Ability to work in a self-organized team and translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken, reading, writing).

Responsabilidades

• Research and develop Generative AI architectures and apply LLMs to real-world problems.
• Design, implement and fine-tune Generative AI models for text, image, code generation and synthetic data.
• Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and manage datasets for AI solutions.
• Develop evaluation metrics and iterate on model performance and training strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Ensure responsible, ethical AI development and data privacy compliance.
